Phone was received as described. Shipment was prompt. However, the phone was defective (boot loops). Seller stood by 30 day warranty and accepted the returned phone. Refund was received after an unfortunate delay with an employee being sick. I would consider doing business with The Phone Giant again.

Good seller. In my case, I received a new (box was not sealed) white/rose gold sm n900. Under the battery, the sticker stated the phone was a Sprint phone. Advertised was a sm n900t new. (Tmobile US, never released this color) When I think new, I imagine an unopened unit from the factory. It seems that stating new, is not that or maybe I misunderstood. Seller offered a 10 credit to keep the phone or a full refund. I took the refund. I wish people, in general, were more honest.
