Phone was in great condition. The only minor problem with the purchase was the seller didn't ship a wall charger. Only the USB cable. But no problem. Wall chargers are cheap.

Device has issues.. vol down and home buttons not bouncing back and are tricky to work.. and battery is swollen and evidence of water damage.. other than that... Fast shipping.. and I'm stuck buying new battery and either struggle with buttons or see how much trouble to have repaired

Phone arrived in perfect physical condition as stated... after transferring my SIM card... micro SD card from my old phone & coordinating with my carrier I am back in business...

I must say though I am beginning to think that the battery is old/damaged/defective... i.e. after a full charge with everything I can think of turned off and toned down the battery level drops from 100% to low 80%s in under an hour ??? ... I have not had it long enough to experience the complete batter drain cycle... however, that initial loss has me concerned... i.e. not the stats I had previously read about regarding battery longevity...

So were it not for my battery concerns I would probably rate my purchase as 5 stars... as I do like the phone very much so far... Is this a new battery ?

Phone was advertised as mint condition and subject to their quality control checks. It did not work. It consistently received little to no cell reception while my husband's identical phone had full service - I was missing texts and calls all day long and couldn't place calls when I needed to.
We returned the phone for a replacement, which was a mistake - should have just gotten a refund. The second time around the phone had the same issue. We took it to the AT&T store to see if they could help, but it was a problem with the device, not the network. Very frustrating experience. 2nd time around we missed the warranty window due to busy work schedule (tax season) and out of town travel, so now we're stuck with a phone that doesn't work. I understand getting a lemon once when buying through a site like this, but twice with the same issue? Makes me feel like they sent us back the same phone we had returned, or their source of phones is bad and quality control procedures are insufficient.
