Update: looks like a busted phone got through QC, but Phone Giant was ready to stand behind the sale. Also, say what you will about big bad AT&T, but they managed Samsung's warranty on the phone and provided a replacement before my return so I wasn't without a device.

The iPhone 5c arrived in a very timely manner. The phone truly does appear to be in excellent condition with no signs of use. The accessories included were as described, a new charger cable but no ear buds or wall charger. While I have not yet received the Cricket SIM card to activate the phone, I turned the phone on, updated the operating system over wi-fi and completed the setup with no problems. I would buy again from this seller.

Bad: Phone description was said to be brand new, never rooted, or flashed. Yet it came with cyanogen mod loaded and some no named phone battery.
