Device is working perfectly. One small hitch though, as the device seems to have a hands free activation message that won't complete. Yet the phone still works. I experienced a small delay in the shipping, but this was do to the Easter mail and out of the sellers control.

Seller shipped immediately. USPS however was slow getting it to me, took about a week and I'm only a little over 700 miles away. The phone was well packaged and is in very nice condition. I'm quite pleased with the phone. Thanks

I did receive the phone with an unexpected scrap that damaged the fingerprint reader, but the rest of the phone was practically brand new for being considered in "good" condition. Upon contacting the seller, they were very considerate and gave me a few options: receive a discount or trade in for a different one. I am very pleased with this service. Will buy again!

The Samsung Galaxy S7 shipped quickly, and it arrived in mint condition as described! If I hadn't known the device was pre-owned, I would've assumed it was new based on its appearance. I was successfully able to purchase a SIM card and activate the S7 on Ting, so I'd consider this a pretty successful transaction!

The phone was pretty well flawless. I might deduct half a star for the confusing inclusion of an inappropriate SIM - the guy at the Sprint store said that it would have worked with an iPhone, but not the phone I had.

Device not as advertised - listing said "mint" and "flawless" but headphone jack and rapid cable charge were not functional. When these issues were brought to the seller through Swappa, communication was poor and often went unanswered for days at a time. I was able to get a refund, but it required intervention by Paypal before seller started responding timely. I would not have left a negative review if the post-sale issues had been handled better by the seller, but if not for Paypal, I doubt I would have received a refund.
