Should advertise it is w/o SIM when selling a Sprint phone (whose compatibility is unlike other carriers). They should not advertise "Ready for Activation."

The buying process went very smooth up until the point of the device being shipped to me. Although I "affirmed" (confirmed) the shipping address, the item was shipped to the wrong address - to a different city. Basically, I had to convince US Postal workers the package belonged to me and had the wrong Ship To address. In the end, I got my package; although it took longer than what was estimated or expected. If it weren't for the shipping fiasco, this would have been a perfect sale. This was my first time using this service. First impressions mean a lot. I doubt I will buy from this site again.

I received the phone in a packaged wrap. I bought a phone categorized as "Mint". However I noticed there was one small dent on the left side of the phone. For that reason I am rating it as a four star, as it does not fit the characteristics of "Mint as designated by Swappa. Other than that minor cosmetic issue, the phone is in beautiful condition. I would order from this seller again. It is disappointing that there is a small dent on this phone.

I absolutely recommend this seller. I ordered a phone from them and then later realized that I had to cancel the order. The cover of the charging port is completely broken off... making the waterproof feature of this phone useless. The paint is scratched off at the bottom as well. The battery life is short and the back cover of the phone is not tightly secured to the phone. The screen is nice and smooth, the front looks to be in pretty good condition besides a few minor expected scratches.

Phone came in mint condition as described, but also came with a startup loop that I had to hard reboot, so that was weird, and didn't come with a SIM card that I thought it would. Other than that the phone works great now and the shipping was faster than expected.
