Item was as described and shipped quickly. Since it was a birthday gift, I did run a reset and it looked to be operating correctly. Once the gift is given to the person, we will swap phone numbers over and get it on the network. I don't expect any problems.

Everything looks and works perfect. I didn't think about checking to see if the usb cord was provided with it, it wasn't. Not too big of a deal. Overall love the phone and the service from swappa.

THE phone is amazing i had no problems activating the phone and there was no payment/ installment on the phone.

I got it today which is super fast! Love a quick shipping seller! This is a gift for my husband for Father's Day. If there are no issues when he goes to activate it in a few weeks I'll be a very happy customer and most likely come back and buy another for myself!

Initial check out was fine. Now the phone has repeatedly crashed, several times a day, in middle of use. When I tried to contact Apple, the serial number did NOT check out with Apple, and I had to use the IMEI number. That in of itself is fishy. Not sure what is wrong with this phone, but something is not right.

Shipping was fast. Screen has several imperfections not mentioned in ad.
