Overall, great product and deal on this laptop. The computer shipped with a password on it which was frustrating, and the laptop charger is not an OEM charger.

Phone was indeed marked as new, and everything was in pristine condition, however the package had been opened and there was some sort of lint covering everything in the box. Overall, good seller.

The plastic wrapper was torn a little almost as if someone had opened it a little. Not sure if happened during shipping or if it was packed that way. Besides that everything arrived as described.

I apologize greatly - I forgot to mark this as complete. The computer is working great and thank you so much for the items! The only problem I experienced at first was that the computer and the cord smelled like cigarette smoke. It took a little while for that to air out but it smells much better now.

Seller provided us with an Apple Watch which still had the previous owners account linked. We were unable to use the watch, and had to send the watch back which resulted in almost a month of messaging back and forth, & dealing with PayPal's refund policies to receive our money back. The seller was great with communication throughout the entire process, but still sold me a faulty product.
