Sorry, it took so long to "complete" this sale. I'm a new Swapper and I don' t know the protocol yet.

Received in the described condition, but was unable to send or receive calls or texts 2 months after activation. Trying to work with seller to see if he offers any type of warranty.

The phone arrived in the exact condition that the seller noted. It also arrived a few days sooner than I expected.
The only issue I had, which wasn't the seller's fault (This is a known LG G4 issue), was that some of the software corrupted and erased my IMEI number. It took a little bit of research, as updates were disabled due to the bad IMEI, but I was able to reinstall the software. From that point on, everything has exceeded my expectations.

Device arrived with a balance due, but the seller was quick to get me a replacement phone. Phone arrived as described and works flawlessly.

Great people to work with, first phone had an issue beyond the control of the seller and they took care of it right away without question. Even better they responded immediately so there was no wait time. They were with me the entire way throughout the issue until it was resolved. Sent the original back and ordered a new one. They refunded my original purchase without issue and they even did it while on vacation, so I'm pretty impressed they managed to keep so on top of things even while away. Second one came without any issue. Just as described in perfect condition with no scratches, dents, or dings. If not for the fact I know I bought it used, I would have thought it was right out of the box. Good company that stands behind their services, I'll be coming back in the future.
