The listing said it was shipping from CO, but it was really shipped from ME. In my experience, mail to and from Maine takes a long time. It did take longer than expected to arrive & it was a gift for my son that was very late.

The phone arrived and was a described, in great condition. However, soon after receiving the phone, it started to develop dead pixels that started going across the screen. It now has a large black gash of dead pixels. When attempting to work with Gilly's, they were unwilling to do anything to fix the issue. I was happy just to exchange the phone despite the issue, but they were still unwilling to do anything. You probably won't run into issues with this vendor, however, you may get stuck with a lemon that they are unwilling to help you with.

Phone would not recognize any SIM card. Seller didn’t respond to our question about it. We ended up contacting Verizon and they set up an eSIM so it is working fine now.
