The sale was fine. It took longer than others to ship out but I was informed after it was shipped about the delay. Whenever I reached out I was replied to in a timely manner.

I had an issue with my purchase that was completely out of their hands. I’ve since resolved it myself on my end. I wish there would’ve been a little more effort put in on their end though.

Just show a little empathy maybe. Understand $6-700 is a lot of money for me to only spend another $100. Even just pretend to care a little bit and be a touch less defensive towards the consumer is all.

The bottom line is this: If they have another phone in the future that fits my needs all around as well as the price like they did this time, then I would absolutely buy it from them again. That’s all that should matter to you if you’re reading my review.
