STAY AWAY! I purchased a device from this seller and never got shipped out. the seller failed to communicate with me when id ask for an update and I waited the necessary time frame swappa gives sellers to ship and nothing. eventually I had to file a dispute with paypal to get my refund.

Item ordered April 22nd and the shipping label was created the next day on April 23rd (perfectly fine). It took 3 messages from me and 3 more from Swappa staff before the item was marked as accepted as USPS for shipment on May 6th. This indicates that one of two things likely happened:

1) The seller created the label but the package itself didn't make it to the post office right away. Normally not an issue, but it took two weeks and multiple messages from buyer and Swappa to get them to check their shop and find the item and ship it out.

2) The seller submitted the package to USPS and it ended up in a corner somewhere and never made it into the system. I get it, this happens as well, but the seller made no attempt to contact their local post office to try to resolve it for 10 days, even after prompts from both the buyer and Swappa staff.

Silver lining: item came as described and was well packaged. That said, I will NOT buy from this seller in the future.

Honest seller- Shipping was a little delayed but after he checked the post office it was out of his control. Would do business with again.

Great device for streaming media. Kodi has no hick-ups. Very, very good low end device. The seller took extremely good care of the device. I'm really happy with my order. Will buy again.

perhaps just my experience. item as came as expected. no issues at all with it. very padded. they even left the sticker from the pictures on. they have good handwriting. perhaps due to the pandemic or maybe other miscellaneous things they ship slow. perhaps to save yourself time in the future potential buyer on the sale page comment you intentionally or unintentionally bought this item. the phone s21u worked perfectly. very protected. you will probably receive your shipping details from paypal first. overall 10/10 experience but maybe ship quicker buy on Monday comment you intentionally bought this. this phone has turned to be a real trouble. it hasn't been broken but everything is broken. the mic no longer works. i got it repaired a licensed place and it still has issues.
