Took a week to get, but i dont think it was his fault. Everything is as stated, I'm not sure if it said it wasn't coming with a charger, but it was charge on arrival, and I have spare chargers so no harm no foul. Love it so far

Issues came up but seller was very willing to cooperate and make right.

Seller shipped quickly and device itself was as described (mint). Seller did not disclose or was not aware that the phone was originally purchased on an account with a delinquent balance (and as such can't be fully unlocked by T-mobile). Seller did offer to let me return the device, which was appreciated, but he was unable to resolve the issue with the delinquent balance.

Lacking in communication, but at least I eventually received it.

Ultimate got the phone, but took a while to get there.
