How do I write a review of this guy? He has all these great reviews but the guy (Me) that he sold a stolen phone to, then he ghosted me, then he said he didn't check his mail box for a week. So my refund took forever. Pay Pal has it now but not my Credit Card company yet. So I have to pay interest on $529.83.

phone was stolen and blocked from activation by carrier. seller was not pleasant to deal and tried to tell me "this happens all the time with electronics". Post transaction was not pleasant and poor customer service skills.

Good experience overall! Everything seems to be in working order, and was shipped promptly. Wish shipping wasnt through USPS because they tend to misdeliver in my region, but was able to receive the package no problem.

Seller did not test the device properly. My most recent interaction in buying an almost $700 iPhone 14 Pro Max, none of the microphones worked properly, Swappa staff sat idly by as I reported it to seller, and feebly attempted self-remedies like trying to clean it and update the OS (things the seller should have done and verified), and then when I ultimately determined it needed to be returned, the staff sat idly by again while the seller dictated his terms. No, I was not "allowed" to invoke a PayPal return dispute. I have to ship it back at my own risk and pray that he recieves it, acknowledges it, and deems me worthy of a refund. Seller was slow to process the refund, and hesitant/almost refused to accomodate the return shipping cost.
