I have not been able to get anyone to rectify this order. I got this phone for my daughter and it was broken. It will only charge to 1%. AT&T stated that it was an apple recall model and when I asked about this I heard nothing back. It needs to be replaced and I have held back on writing the review to see if they would correct this but they have done nothing to amend the situation. That is a lot of money gone!

Phone came in mint condition as promised, with everything in the picture. It was shipped the same day as bought, and delivered in two days. I had an easy transition from my old Nokia Lumia 920. Would definitely buy from Chad again.

First time buyer - purchased on Tuesday night and it arrived by Saturday. I thought that the scratches on the screen (which I couldn't see in the photos) were larger than mine have ever been in normal use, so I was initially concerned, but the guy at the cell store asked how much I paid for it, and when I told him, he seemed impressed. Phone was exactly as advertised. Always weary about buying electronics on-line...had many bad purchases on ebay but this was perfect.

The phone came with a "ghost-touch" issue. The seller was willing to fix it, though I had to send it back on my dime.
