Seller neglected to mention that the phone w was bent (bendgate) on leftside near volume buttons. . I straightened it, plus using a case. Poor description of item.

This phone does not work. It will not charge!!! Please email or call me @ 678-428-7828. I am very disappointed with this service.

Positives with this seller were very prompt shipping and responding to my questions. The negative part of my experience with this seller was that when I received the phone there was a half inch scratch on the screen that was not disclosed in the information provided about the phone when selling it. I think it is only right to share this information so that when the person who buys it receives it they are not disappointed and can make an informed decision on whether this condition issue is acceptable or not. It would have been my preference to choose a phone that didn't have this condition issue. I needed the phone in a certain time-frame so sending it back and getting a different one wasn't feasible. I wondered if the seller is willing to compensate me in some way for this undisclosed condition issue? I feel with the phone having a scratch on the screen, I over-paid and wouldn't have offered $499 for it. Seller-please be specific about the condition of items with future buyers!

Horrible battery life (lasted 45 minutes max) and broken lock screen. Took it in to the Apple Store and they could not change the battery because it says the phone was stolen. Very unsatisfed and still waiting on a reply to see if I can get a partial refund or full refund.

Buyer beware. A hassle dealing to with. She, Shipped me a Phone that had a flaw in the screen refused to pay for return. Settled for a $25.00 refund and a phone with a flaw in the screen to make this issue go away.

I bought two phones at the same time both saying they were in good to great condition--this phone has a lot more cosmetic damage that I was expecting. Also didn't come with a charger, which the other phone did. Slightly disappointed in this sale.

Great seller!

Seller falsely advertised a new "mint " iphone 6 with no issues. The iphone6 worked for about 5 monthes...I took it to the apple store and they refused to even look at it-I was treated like the phone was stolen. Apparenly the phone was fixed on applecare twice-then pieced together from multiple phones. The seller refuses to take responsibility for this fraud, and swappa refuses to press the issue with the seller. Leaving me this feedback as the only option I have besides complaining on the Clark Howard no service message board. Stay away from this seller who sells these mint phones in the 500 dollar range! STAY AWAY!

Following Swappa guidelines as advised by Staff only, if not he would have received 1 star under (Seller refunded promptly rather than fulfilling the sale. + An issue with the device surfaced and the seller would not address it). Cellphone's IMEI was tagged as replaced by Apple, called Apple and they said this phone shouldn't be on market for sale. So I sent the device back, got the refund from Swappa and the seller, BUT NEVER RECEIVED THE REIMBURSEMENT PAID AT THE POST OFFICE (sent with all features advised by Swappa) TO SEND IT BACK. ***PLEASE REQUEST IMEI/SERIAL PRIOR BUYING FROM THIS SELLER***

Not mint condition, seller uses deceitful tactics. Screen was aftermarket with yellow hue on the borders. Large scratch on the back housing.

Decent seller with quick shipping but screen was not flawless as advertised. It had some very light scratches, but not worth arguing over. I may be nitpicking, but I wouldn't advertise the screen as flawless.

Shipping wasn't awesome. Took a week for a package to travel 150 miles from seller to buyer. I'd rather pay the $3 that it takes to put better shipping on the package or drive and pick it up for Pete's sake. Phone was in expected and described condition works great. Thanks.
