Unfortunately, the carrier I expected to use could not activate the phone and I needed to return it. Seller was a little slow to respond, but once we made connections the seller was very courteous and the refund was very prompt.

They refused to give me a refund for a $2000 computer even after I returned it to them. After over a month of going back and forth to no avail, I had to file a claim with my credit card company to get the money back. I highly advise staying away from these guys.

Received a blacklisted phone that had an IMEI different than the one listed - failed IMEI check with AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile. Communication and refund from the seller was painfully slow and I won't buy from them again. Thanks to Swappa and PayPal, I was able to get my money refunded.

Good sale. Please don't ship in a hurry. The device wasn't switched off before shipping. iPhone box wasn't closed properly, and charger and cable looked like they were hurriedly thrown in. However, this is small stuff and I'm happy with my device!

The phone came as described, however when I type in the serial number into the apple website to check coverage, it says, "please validate your product's purchase date". I am not sure how to do this since I am not the original purchaser of the phone.

Phone is in perfect condition. I thought this was coming with the retail box and I'm a bit disappointed it did not since this was a gift. I may have misunderstood how the swappa listing works though since this is my first purchase. Other than that this is perfect and I would but from this seller again.
