The phone came exactly as expected. However, it doesn't work on my network, either because sprint is difficult or the phone wasn't wiped correctly. I will be returning.

Ordered on 9/4 and arrived on 9/8. Phone was flawless and in perfect condition, no scratches or markings. Took phone to Sprint and they were able to activate the phone without any problems. The sales associate at Sprint said I was the easiest customer they had all day. Phone is working great and looks great! Only feedback would be that in the comments section a previous inquirer was told headphones would be coming, but no headphones came. Not the biggest deal, the phone was the most important piece and it came as stated!

Ordered device never heard anything from seller for 5 days. Posted comments on Swappa didn't hear a response. Found that it was a retailer called the store directly had no information that the phone had been posted on swappa, which is why I never got a response they didn't know about the posting. Told me the phone was still available and would be shipped out. Then responded said phone was no longer available. I was refunded my money but still lost out with swappas cut and such. I understand mistakes get made and things happen would have been more understanding had this not been an actual retailer, that sells phones. The only positive was that I was refunded most of my money. I'm sure the retailer is good to deal with at their actual store but I wouldn't recommend them on swappa since it doesn't sound like a lot of communication is done at the store level about posting phones on swappa. Never received the device so marking it as I did so I can complete the sale.

Seller advertised a mint phone, and when I received it I saw it had a black spot on the screen, as well as some hairline scratches. Phone would have passed in good condition. Seller resolved the issue with me.
