The phone is in good shape. No complaints there, but I've purchased 15 different phones from swappa and this one took the longest to arrive. I felt like they waited til the last possible second to ship. Printed a label so they wouldn't get in trouble then shipped it later. A week + waiting on a phone wasn't my favorite since mine broke. But I got my phone and ultimately everything was okay.

The iPad arrived with the side buttons damaged. It took over a month to get a refund. Very poor communication by seller. I had to escalate the case to PayPal. They did not bother checking the side buttons prior to sending, wasting everyone's time.
