The apple watch was locked and our customer backed out because they couldn't wait any longer to have the issue corrected. Then the company stopped responding to me to get the label for returning the device. I finally got a label, but never got a refund and have since had to escalate the issue with paypal, to attempt to recover the money lost. Super disappointing.
