Watch was not unlocked as listed, seller could not unlock it so they sent a prepaid label for me to send product back. Sent product back and after 2 weeks of the seller receiving the return still had to reach out to swappa support before seller would reply to questions or concerns. If it wasn’t for the great support team at swappa I don’t think I would have received my refund or even a reply to my concerns. I do not recommend this seller but I do recommend the swappa support team.
