Box was surprisingly large and haphazardly packed (literally, original opened box, product outside the original box just with all the bubble wrap). Product was new, with charger not yet unwrapped from original packaging, so overall completely satisfied. Took 3 days to send out, 9 days total to arrive via USPS Ground Advantage.
