They sold me a phone
I had to return due to hardware problems, the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth stopped working suddenly and there’s no fix.
Took almost a month to get my refund, I ended up involving PayPal and they processed a reversal on the transaction. Over 66 comments on this sale, beware you’re dealing with a headache if you purchase from them. I’d give negative infinity rate if I could.

There was remote management on this device which was unfortunate but the team was extremely helpful and quick to respond. I was able to return the phone. I thank them for their help and communication.

Got the phone sooner than I thought It came Red instead of Purple but that’s alright everything else was as described.

I had a problem with this phone and they held up to their word about their refund policy!
