Battery was third party garbage, had to pay Apple $90 for new battery.

Took longer than expected to ship.

The phone was in great shape. Like new. I bought this for my dad and he loves it.

Where to start this was the worse purchase/ back and forth experience I’ve ever had. Phone wasn’t shipped within time limit it was supposed to but they ordered shipping label which gave them leeway with site. The phone finally arrived after I asked cite for refund. It had faulty screen couldn’t turn it off screen shook like it was shivering didn’t recognize finger touch etc. so I sent it right back next day for my refund they acted like they were sending but it was thru an account with no funds so that put me on hold for another week. Let’s just say from start to finally receiving my money back was a month or so. Don’t recommend this seller. And this site needs to work out the wiggle room the sellers use to get around their rules.

Avoid this seller.The phone was advertised to be mint condition , when it arrived I quickly noticed that it was not “mint” condition as advertised and it had a faulty top speaker that was very muffled. Seems like water damage. I quickly notified them that the phone was not up to par, & they mentioned that their phones are all checked for quality with a software, but I explained that this was a hardware issue. They agreed if I sent it back they will give me a full refund. I sent back the phone the next day and they received it and did their quality check and said it was cleared and they will send me the refund. 2 weeks go by I get a notification from PayPal telling me that they had attempted to refund me for less than what I was entitled for & that the refund transaction had failed. I brought this up again & after more than two weeks of back-and-forth and even having to email swappa support I finally got my refund back. More than 3 weeks for a refund is RIDICULOUS ! I do not recommend.

Battery is draining fast

Terrible service from recell. Ordered a phone March 28 recell never sent phone for 2 weeks and lied about shipping it. Once I had caught them in the lie they agreed to a refund the shipped phone anyway. Phone arrived almost a month after I sent back immediately. Almost a month and a half and still have not received the refund. Recall is terrible to work with and I had constantly contact them. The response time was terrible as well. Be warned do not order from them. Over 40 messages to them to actually get a refund and still waiting
