Refund takes forever, seller claimed refund was issued on May 4th, today is 26th of May and nothing done until this now. Most annoying thing, Swappa couldn’t help me in this situation. NEVER buy from this seller, unless you have enough money to giveaway.

Sent the wrong device and refused to do anything helpful to remediate the issue. They eventually got me the right device after I had to hound them every step of the way and took 3 weeks!! They insulted my intelligence by responding with bots and templates that didn't even apply to my situation. Completely terrible experience.

just received, and the phone has issues right off the bat , DISPLAY AND BATTERY shows unknown parts installed on the phone and will not clear off because the phone has been repaired with non apple parts !!!!!!

They sent me an entierly different phone, which was valued ~$450 less than the phone I paid for, though they were more than positive to help resolve the issue and give me a full refund. It was frustrating nevertheless.
