Phone was NOT in mint condition as described. There was a small crack on the back of the phone and there were divot marks on the front lower part of the phone just under the glass where you could tell the seller had a hard time removing the front glass for replacement. Very Frustrating.

The Seller sent me a locked phone and then ghosted me for a week.. not the best experience. Hope to get my money back..

Phone works. Settings show a notice that display and battery are not genuine Apple parts, otherwise like new.

Item was shipped quickly and arrived in the described condition.

Phone looks better than expected, although I see there is a mismatch between the screws at the bottom that shows it was opened and parts may have been replaced.

Seller communicated well. However, there were several mistakes. 1. They sent a purple phone instead of the graphite. 2. The phone is listed as mint, but has both an aftermarket screen and battery. 3. The battery was under their listed 80% life and the phone said it needed to be replaced. 4. It took over a week for the phone to be delivered(not sure if it was seller or usps delays)

I did request a full refund and they did honor that request with no hassle. The refund from the time they received the phone was about a week. I did have to message them to ask for the status on the refund and received it a day later.

Overall, experience was good with this purchase. The phone battery is borderline to their 80% claim, but at 81% it was in the range as they stated. Shipping took over a week to receive, not sure where the delay happened, seller or usps.

More scratches than the picture and MINT would let on. Device does seem fully functional. Pictures may be misleading due to angles. Maybe I should have asked for more.
