Hi, you sent me the wrong phone... It's blue and I ordered a black IPhone. Also, there's noticeable scrapping about the camera lens and the phone was said to be MINT. I'd like to return it and get a full refund as I'm going with a different seller... Ridiculous.

I received this phone in the beginning of may and when I received the phone it came in a different color then what I ordered. This was not a problem for me since I didn’t care about the color and it was the model I purchased. I did not have no problems with the phone other than the fact that it was slightly bent when I received it. On may 16th I woke up and my phone crashed then restarted. After the restart I could not connect to wifi or Bluetooth but my cell still worked. I made sure I did everything I could find on the internet to fix this issue. My phone has the latest software update I restarted the phone I restarted the network and tried to restart my wifi and everything but the phone was still unable to connect. I’ve looked it up a lot and everything is pointing to a hardware issue. I’m going to take it to the repair store tomorrow to see if it’s fixable I just don’t want to spend a bunch of money trying to get this phone to work. Because at that point Im spending too much.

Quick and easy.

The phone was advertised as an unlocked model A2341, but they sent an A2406. This is the Japan/Canada model, and is NOT compatible with Verizon. I sent the phone back and it took over a week to get a refund, and that was only after getting Swappa involved. I will never purchase anything from this seller again.
