Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase. However, if you advertise that you provide "Fast Shipping: If your order is placed on a weekday before 1PM EST, we’ll make sure it gets shipped out same-day.", then you should do what you say. My purchase met both criteria; however, it was not shipped out until 24 hours later. That was very disappointing. But, I will say the seller was very responsive when there was an issue.
