I really needed this phone ASAP. Paid for express shipping. It was sent out Priority. Then not scanned upon pickup. I understand the seller can't control the postal service's actions, But he knew this was a chronic problem. AND, if it had been sent Express, the post office told me they would have put more effort into locating the late package.
