Great seller. I entered the wrong address and it was returned to them. I left a comment on my sale, and they promptly got back to me. Reshipped it no problem and billed me the shipping over paypal, because it was my fault. Phone was as described.

I purchased this phone with questions!?! The For Sale add had 2 different descriptions offered about the specifications of the Note 10 + for sale!?!? I could not find a.way to contact the wrong, only Swappa support. This is not a good process. I went ahead and purchased the phone. The sale line said 512 GB. The specifications given below was 256 GB?!?! The phone was actually only a 256 gb . After several days on thinking to return the phone. I decided to keep it ! On other aspects of condition and some screen burn. I decided all other information about he phone to be very honest!! I would give the seller a 4 star rating, because of decent price and report of condition. I don't know what to think about listed sale line specs!?!? Beware of two phone specs, always consider this a purchase from this seller as lowest listed spec info !!
