I told the seller the day that it happened that the device IMEI was blocked as lost. I was very clear about the date of purchase when I contacted him and told me that I could have a refund or an exchange. Initially I wanted an exchange, but he took a few days to get back to me again and I urgently needed the phone replaced. I bought a different one from another seller and then I am told I will only get an 80% refund from him. Now I'm out $60 due to his poor communication.
