I had an issue with the phone that was sent. I called the store and was told to email. I didn't get a response until I called them. They let my return the phone and issue me a new one. Polite people but the back and forth of returning the phone took forever. I had to make several trips to the ATT store to change sim cards out while dealing with the return. The replacement phone they gave me works well so far.

Phone is in pretty good condition. Packaged well. Fast shipping.

Phone came in working condition. Slight wear on the back and side, as expected, but no screen damage. And near-perfect performance during setup and first day of use.

Sold me a phone that is still being financed and ineligible for resale. Phone has serious problems that are not warrantied and cannot be updated and is unsupported by Tmobile and Samsung. Phone was IMEI repaired and circumvented. I will be proceeding with legal actions if unable to refund.

one thing, I wish the seller would have mentioned is that the IMEI sticker was missing from inside the battery compartment

other than that the phone seemed to function ok and i was able to use it with a tmobile sim
