Received a phone described as mint that had considerable screen damage and body dings.

They gave a refund without issue but I wound up wasting $10 shipping the phone back and wasted time. Could have been worse, but all in all a sub-par experience.

Wasn't notified of shipping delay. Included charging cable was generic and did not provide the correct power rating for the phone. Otherwise the phone was in perfect condition screen-wise with a couple cosmetic defects on the edges. Works and runs fine.

Had a bad ESN when it arrived. I sent it back and it was returned with "returned to sender" a week later.. figured I would try activating it again and the ESN was no longer marked as bad. Everything is fine now.

I received the phone very fast, it was in better condition than anticipated and I had no problems activating it.

Great phone. Listed as "mint" condition, and phone looks brand new. Very satisfied customer.
