I purchased a white phone, it was automatically refunded stating that the phone was bad. I was offered a 10% discount on another phone. So I purchased what was described as a "mint" phone. I contacted Swappa and the seller with photos and the solution was sent it back. it is the classic bait and switch, with a seller of many phones they do not have to post pictures. Hence they can send you whatever they want. Bad practice on swappa's part I am not sure whether to continue to be a customer. Joe Quiles

Phone arrived on time and in the condition advertised!

Good seller, ran into problems with shipping but Meagan really help me out.

Unit was not mint. Unit had a number of scratches on bezel. Battery life on unit is also poor, showing HEAVY previous use. Would not buy from this seller again.

I bought my cellphone on saturday 15th and at this date (monday 24th) my package is in a USPS station in miami wich takes from 2 to 3 days to send it to the final destination. This means I may have my phone 11 days after I bought it. Next time I'll love you send it trough other postal service.

Other than the phone taking a vacation to Florida the sale went great. Seller resolved issue and phone is up and working great. Would buy again!
