Ordered a phone in mint condition, came back with an obvious screen issue that I'm not sure how it was missed. Had to ask for a return label and dealt with the sellers abrasive responses. Got a replacement that then had a speaker so dirty I thought the speaker was damaged. Luckily I managed to clean it up myself rather than risking sending it back for another less than mint condition phone. I've had good swappa experiences but I don't think I'd trust this specific seller enough to buy from them again. If you do, be sure to be extra detailed in checking for flaws in your device.

There were some shipping issues with the original phone (outside of anyone's control, still have not received it nor does anyone know where it is including USPS). Adisun stepped up and sent me a different one since my money was tied up in the previous one. They were easy to work with and I cannot thank them enough for making sure that the order was fulfilled satisfactorily. Great seller!
