Got my item within 3 days, very good. The photos in the description were precise so no surprises there, again very good. The phone case (matching the color of the phone) was included, once more, very good, however, the screen protector included was for a different model phone so it won't fit, not good. To recap, the item ordered arrived prior to the original estimated date (5 days), the item was precisely as photographed & both the case & screen protector was included. Minus the incorrect screen protector, this seller did good.

Received phone as advertised, will be activating it soon. Thank you for shipping it quickly

One of the speakers does not work.

The phone is more dinged up than I thought it would be. There are some minor deep scratches not visible in the photos in the listing but it was still a great deal.
