I am revising my review, to start off, their products are great and I love that it came with accessories. My issue is I had to return the phone for financial reasons and asked what a valid reason for the restocking fee was. They did not answer, so I left a review before saying I wish they could’ve handled the situation better by answering my question and felt confused why I was out that money. They responded to my neutral review with a rude tone, they answered my question and it made perfect sense and I would’ve never left the review wondering about the fee. My issue is that all of this could have been avoided if they had just answered my question, now when they do it’s extremely rude. If you’re going to purchase a product just something you should know.

This phone was in better shape than what the vendor rated it as. It stated it was "good", but I would argue it was "mint" condition. I am very pleased with my purchase through Swappa and buying from this vendor.

the port does not lock in the charging cable. very dissapointed. waste of money

Was shipped the wrong order but it was corrected. The phone purchased is exactly as listed and it's great.
