Transaction went smooth, however, upon activating the phone and having to trouble shoot multiple issues, T-Mobile advised me that the phone had a blockage of some sort which caused some restrictions if usuage

Battery health was only 89% not 94% as listed. That was one of the reasons I got this one specifically. Maybe I did something to mess with it but I don’t think so? It has only been a day.The phone is in good shape so I am still happy with my purchase. Thank you!
