I received the phone, well-packaged, with no accessories, as expected. Phone has one physical ding but no screen scratches, as noted in the seller description, Good rating, and pictures. First time user of SWAPPA and I got a little scare as I didn't initially receive the tracking information. Submitted a ticket and the response from both SWAPPA and the seller were surprisingly fast. Came to learn the phone was delivered already and left in my mailbox. (USPS was supposed to ask for a signature due to the value. They did not do this, thanks USPS). Opened the package and it was exactly as advertised - mint condition, phone functions (camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc.) all worked perfectly. It's exactly as a brand new phone should be. 9.5/10!
