The phone was delivered quickly with good communication from the seller. However, when I went to set the phone up at Verizon there was something wrong with not being allowed to connect to service, so I had to go to the Apple store where they told me something was wrong with the logic board and they had to send it out to a repair site to get fixed. Luckily Apple was very helpful and for all I know this is not going to cost me anything and hopefully they can fix it, but the delay due to this faulty product was a bit of a bummer.

VERY happy with this purchase. Thank you. Everything was exactly as described! iPhone is in flawless condition, battery life is great, absolutely no scratches on the glass or body of the iPhone. Seller added a charging cable which was nice, since he mentioned no charger/cable included. Reliable seller, selling quality gadgets.

Phone came with a glitchy screen that was not responsive in certain areas. James had me send it back ASAP, called me to follow up, apologized and then turned it back with a new screen within the week. Phone now works as new. Problems are bound to happen here and there... how they are handled makes all the difference and in this case it was handled professionally, promptly and corrected!

Great, Great customer service. When we first received the phone there was an issue with the camera. I sent the phone back and the camera issue was corrected. Fast service and great communication. I would highly recommend purchasing from James and would buy again in the future if the need arises for another phone.
