I should have followed my gut and heeded the warning of several others. Phone was falsely advertised as guaranteed unlocked.

Order process went smoothly! (30July)
Received the phone in four days! (4 Aug)
AT&T could not activate, phone was LOCKED! (5 Aug)
Took to local shop, confirmed phone LOCKED! (5 Aug)
**says it was likely due to non-payment, especially purx'd via Swappa**

COST ME AN ADD'L $65 TO UNLOCK THIS PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recommend to avoid the headache as I endured running around...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!

I purchased this iPhone for my wife for Mother's Day. Excellent price and the payment of $25 for 1 day shipping wasn't that expensive, well worth it. Love it that the screen protecter was already installed. Received a brand new charging cable and block. Also glad that the phone was already activated, just insert the sim card and I'm done, with that, no issues with its recognition. The phone is exactly described on the listing. My wife is so happy with her new phone. First time using Swappa, easier to navigate than eBay, only phones and tablets listed on the site, and they all have to meet a certain criteria in order for the items to be listed.
