When I bought an IPhone from this seller, the phone did not come in a box but in a plastic bag wrapped with bubble wrap. Then this phone experienced defects on the display screen and then stopped functioning completely. The seller told me he sold me an iPhone in mint condition, but I feel like they sold me a defective iPhone. I would not recommend buying from this seller and would not accept my refund.

The device is aesthetically looking fairly good as described. It has a few scratches but it's fine. However, Face ID doesn't work at all and the screen flickers a lot. Definitely not listed before and feels kind of dishonest from the seller. I reset it and updated to its latest iOS version but the issue persists. I wish I could return it and buy something different but I do not live in the US so it's very difficult to do so.

Product is fine and as I expected. Communication and shipping expedience were abysmal. For someone presenting themselves as a business rather than a consumer unloading gently-used personal devices, and the volume they work with, you would think there would be better practices in place. I was leery when I ordered, noticing a downward trend in recent customer reviews. It looks like I have joined that choir and will keep an eye out to avoid this seller if I ever need a replacement phone in the future.

Seller told me that the phone was unlocked. When I got it. The phone would not accept any sim of any carrier. I contacted multiple phone companies to find out that this phone IMEI was reported lost or stolen. I've sent the phone back to the seller. I opened up a PayPal dispute case and got a refund. I'm not sure if the seller knew this was a locked phone or blocked phone. I understand it happens. I don't blame the seller for this issue if they run a business that resales cellphones. I just ask that they actually try the phones out on real sim cards before they list them on this site. Websites that check Unlock status, and IMEI cellular status are not 100% accurate. The only way to test is to do it in person with multiple Sim cards.

The phone I received was blacklisted. In my quest to get a refund per Swappa's return policy, Swappa staff had to get involved many times over the course of a month.......as of now, there are 61 comments on the sale page from myself, swappa staff, and the seller. Swappa even confirmed that the phone was blacklisted, and ultimately put the seller's account on hold while the issue was unresolved. After all that frustration, I was able to receive a full refund, but it was a very bad experience. Emotionally draining and unpleasant. I will not be purchasing from this seller again.

Good deal but wish seller had included a charger as they mentioned in the comment section. Scratches on screen were a little more dramatic than described in the description. Fast shipper, but would have appreciated a little more bubble wrap and protection for such a fragile/expensive item. At the end of the day the phone works so I won't complain. Thank you.
