Big waste of my time. Waited 4 days to tell me item was no longer available. Then made me call Paypal to get my refund. Poor effort from seller and Swappa.

I have mixed reviews buying from EMW. I had an issue where the phone I bought was blacklisted when I tried it, but when EMW sold the phone it wasn't blacklisted and they seemed genuinely confused and sorry.They told me they purchase large quantities of used phones so don't always know details about the phone. They quickly suggested returning it and I would get reimbursed. However, I found the seller only replied quickly when I would notify the Swappa staff and it took a while for my refund, but I did get it. I felt the packaging could have been better as it was not in a box and had a cracked screen protector. Only after inquiring did they tell me they had put a used protector on it for extra safe measures. Phone did arrive in condition listed (except it was blacklisted). You might not have any problems, but in the future I'd probably go with another seller.

Good service. Items arrived as described.

Device came a day earlier than expected. Came as described and is flawless. Looks brand new. Thanks for the great phone. It works excellent on my carrier.

Phone was marked as mint condition and had some noticeable scratches on the screen. One scratch I could feel with a fingernail. Phone is not for me though or else I would send it back.

Becareful of seller, phone was not in condition as marked. When I requested a refund, they never responded to any emails. In the process of requesting refund from paypal.

Seller was very great when providing information and answering questions. Phone was received as described and in a great time (the seller also provided a screen protector!) I would absolutely buy from the seller again without hesitation and for any of those who are wary to buy from sellers on here, this one will not disappoint!

The only problem was that shipping was a slow, but the product itself was as described and the phone is brand new and works perfectly.

We had some issues but not in control of the seller so can't blame him.

I'm very pleased with this purchase. The phone arrived as described, new (resale condition), the ESN checked out clean, and the phone seems to be fully functional. The seller shipped quickly and sent a very nice follow up email about the sale and the phone. I would have checked this sale complete sooner, but this is the first smart phone I've owned and it was a large learning curve for me to check out it's different operating functions.

I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again, couldn't be more satisfied!
