I recently bought a phone off here and it's not functional. Whenever I attempt to charge it, it says the phone is too cold to charge. I had the battery replaced - didn't work, and then I attempted to use a cordless charger to see if it was a charge port issue - didn't work. I was wondering if this is able to be returned...battery issue wasn't listed on the original post, but according the stores I went to, it's an issue that happens randomly to phones and is nothing I did or the seller did

Marked as light scratches, mostly accurate. There was one longer, light (not very deep at all) scratch about 1/4 the way up the screen that is not ideal, but I would say still falls under the rating seller provided. Came packed in plastic bag, then two levels of paper/bubble envelopes, and a usps box. Only phone came, no wall adapter (was not advertised so I should not have assumed, I had bought cables separately anyway).

Seller replied promptly and device was delivered exactly as described in the selling post. However, seller did list fast shipping in the original post.

I placed the order early Friday seller did not send out the phone until Monday, and it did not arrive until Thursday . Fast shipping to me means same-day and it was definitely before cut off time to be sent out.

Buyer beware if you need a phone right away, BUT you will get a quality product.

Everything works properly and am pleased with my new phone. There is a small scratch on the bottom of the screen that wasn't outline. But the phone is perfect otherwise

Nice...not that fast of shipping but it did get here a day shorter then it said it would ...overall happy...although they released the new MacBooks the day after i bought this one lol

I was very disappointed to find the mint phone I purchased had a microphone that did not work. However after I expressed the issue, the seller provided a refund in a reasonable amount of time.

The Mac came and on the outside looks as it was described. However, it came locked in a case that I can't get off and a password that I was not given. I am trying to rectify this now.

This was my first time using Swappa, and working with this seller. The Macbook was in great condition exactly as described. The seller shipped the product quicker that I expected, and I was very greatful. I would definitely recommend this seller, and will purchase from them again when the need arises!
