Phone was advertised as coming with "Apple Care" and charger. When it arrived, it had no charger and no AppleCare. These are valued at $237. The seller took three days to respond to my comments about these missing items and refused to refund anything for the AppleCare saying "Sorry about misunderstanding with Apple care we did our best to describe" .... the difference between a standard manufacture 1 year warranty and a 2 year incident warranty!? He refunded nothing for the missing insurance. Every comment took at least a day to get back, and now, 10 days after the purchase, he has refunded $30 for a missing $40 charger. Would never buy from or work with again.

This phone did not arrive as described as I was not able to activate it so I had to go through the refund process. That process went smoothly which was nice, but I'm disappointed that I had to go through that process in general. Even though the return process went smoothly I would not purchase again because the phone arrived being reported as either lost or stolen which is embarrassing and inconvenient to find out. Thanks but no thanks.

My phone had a scratch on it that wasn't mentioned on the listing and when I asked about it he said he didn't know about it. The phone worked perfectly and included everything that was advertised, however.

This is easily the worst online transaction experience I’ve ever had. First, from the condition they shipped the box & covered the label it’s no surprise to me why USPS decided the address was insufficient & decided to try to return to seller. Second, they sent me an entirely different colored phone. I’m honestly more upset because I took the time & effort to pick this up at the local post office before it was dispatched so I could get it when it was supposed to be here & save us both time & money. But this has solely been a massive waste of my time & money. Learn to do better business.

Update: I believe all 4 ports work; it's the charging cable that's unreliable. An easy, cheap fix, though it was inconvenient to have to figure it out. [Original comment: At least one of the 4 ports doesn't work for charging. There are 3 others and at least one of them works for charging (haven't made the effort to determine if the remaining 2 work). But was an unhappy initial moment when the laptop stopped working...eventually figured out it was out of power because the port being used didn't work. ]

Other than that, the laptop is great, as described, and generally I'm happy.
