Although there was a slight delay in the shipping, but overall the product was as per the description, received the codes for Softwares as well and was able to redeem them successfully.

Communication was off about replacing defective charger. Had to get Swappa Admins involved. No replacement but received a refund so I could purchase another.

The computer arrived yesterday and was new in box. The seller took to longest time to print shipping label then even longer to actually ship. The was also supposed to be Final Cut Pro and another program certificate and I don’t see it.

This rating is for a failed sale, but as far as transactions go, it was mostly positive. I purchased an iphone XR that the seller had for sale. It was new in box, so in pristine condition. However, when I tried to activate it with my carrier, T-mobile, I found that the IMEI was blacklisted, though it was fine when I bought it. Since the phone was not usable for my purposes, I needed to initiate the returns process. I found the seller to be very cooperative in accepting the return and issuing the refund. He also always communicated on the comments thread in the listing so that shows a very professional seller. Thank you.

MacBook Pro shipped immediately, was clean and in great shape as described. The listing called out every detail of wear actually on the device. Very satisfied. Apple Genius Bar reports all hardware is in good shape.
Personally, I would have padded the corners of the laptop more for safety in transit, but it doesn't appear to have been a problem.
