MacBook had activation lock. Seller had bypassed the activation lock on sale. This was discovered after I tried to erase content and settings to give the MacBook to my wife. Swappa and the seller will not do anything about this because I didn't try to erase content and settings immediately on receiving the MacBook, but several years later when I wanted to the give the MacBook to my wife. I do not recommend buying from this seller or from Swappa because now I have a bricked computer and there is nothing, I can do about it. Also, check the BBB before buying from Swappa, they will reject every claim.

Good sale experience. Phone isn’t as perfect as advertised though. There is slight keyboard burn in on the screen in day mode that wasn’t seen or advertised on the sale page. The pictures provided on the sale page show the phone in night mode, where you also don’t see it. Pretty frustrating for a 100% mint phone. But I’ll live. So be aware.

The transaction is almost perfect except:
1) Phone is actually a Sprint Iphone that is unlocked by carrier and not the SIM free version Iphone.
2) The sale described "with Apple OEM accessories" but the wire earpods was not included.

Update: 1.5 - 2 months after receiving the laptop it started to get problems. Screen would black out sometimes randomly, although it hasn't happened lately, thankfully. I started having issues with the charger or the charging port, but it seems to work better now that I've tackled the issue.

Initial: The sale worked out. There were issues with the first attempted sale. The card I used was not going through. Jared gave it a few days and was very patient. After trying to figure out what was happening with PayPal and got nowhere through them, we ended up voiding that sale and relisting the item. The second time everything went great! The payment went through and Jared was very responsive the whole time we all (swappa staff included) tried to figure this out. He even threw in a cool incase sleeve for all the back and forth. It came in the mail a few days later.

Device came as described good communication highly recommended!
