Seller sent a phone with a damaged auto focus stabilizer causing it to shake and audibly buzz when the camera app was open. The phone was reasonably well packed, so I strongly suspect that this was the result of an incomplete quality assurance check. But let's say something crazy happened during shipping. I still needed to involve Swappa support several times to get the seller to respond. They wouldn't comment on whether they would cover the return shipping costs, did not confirm the receipt of the phone until asked, and took several days to process the refund, which mysteriously went through minutes after threatening to dispute the charge through PayPal. Generally a huge waste of time and very unprofessional.
