We ship Monday - Friday excluding Federal Holidays. Standard Flat rate USPS or FedEx Ground will be used depending on your location.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the device is defective and will order a prompt refund. The device must be in the same cosmetic condition as when it was purchased. It must be returned with any/all accessories that were included. The device must be reset to factory settings and cleared of all accounts whether iCloud, Google, Samsung etc.

**Devices returned for remorse that have no defects and were accurately described will be charged a restocking fee of 20% of the sales price before taxes and fees levied by swappa or others

**Sales canceled will be charged a 10% fee of the sales price before taxes and fees levied by swappa or others
