Phone came as described and in good condition. Phone was shipped faster thanks expected also. Only issue is that seller has terrible communication and tracking was not provided until PayPal case was opened. Since I didn't have tracking and could not get a response from seller, I was unaware that I had missed delivery and package was being had been held at the post office for several days.

We had to work through an issue, but ultimately a partial refund occurred.

Why is the phone says "No Service" ? I thought you said I could activate it with AT&T?
