It would have been nice to receive tracking for a pretty large purchase...The package came and it was wrapped well I just really do not like the lack of communication on that part. The product was as described though.

Huge lack of communication on the seller's part and shipped much later than expected. Did not receive device on promised day.

No communication after a defective device was returned, except a note saying we would get a refund. That never happened. We now have to go through PayPal to get a refund. Seller provided a refund a week and a half after receiving the phone.

Seller did everything perfectly.

Device certainly could have been package better (-1*). Came loose in a bubble wrap envelope. Luckily it wasn't damaged and the device works as advertised. Great condition and fully functional. Would buy from this seller again if they agreed on rigid shipping container (flat rate box).

No GPS in the phone ( not working ) , the Apple Store couldn't solve the problem, the seller described it no cracks or scratches 9/10 condition , everything works, 100% fully tested , no accessories , which is not true , I get stuck with phone then I sell it for way less money.
